We use CourierPost to deliver our goods within New Zealand.
Delivery costs can be obtained from both the basket and checkout pages. Simply enter the address to which the goods are to be sent and the delivery cost will be displayed.
Australia Delivery
We use the NZ Post network to deliver our goods to Australia.
Delivery costs can be obtained from both the basket and checkout pages. Simply enter the address to which the goods are to be sent and the delivery cost will be displayed.
The prices calculated are for tracked shipping. If you would like to obtain a cheaper option and have your items sent untracked, please contact us.
For goods being sent outside of New Zealand, additional taxes and import duties may apply as well as possible delays due to customs clearance procedures. Fang & Fur is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or delays incurred by your country.
International Delivery
If you live outside of New Zealand or Australia, please contact usĀ and we will advise the delivery cost to your country and the method of payment.

Returns and Exchanges
We really want you and your feline friends to be happy with your purchase from Fang & Fur. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If more than 7 days pass, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To return or exchange your purchase:
- Please contact usĀ and request a Returns Label.
- Fang & Fur will organise a CourierPost courier to collect the goods from a location that is convenient to you.
- The products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging (intact) such as tags, labels and product specific boxes.
- On receipt of the goods, we will refund the product cost or organise an exchange. All delivery and return costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We take great care to ensure your goods are well packaged and leave our premises in perfect condition. If, for any reason, your purchase is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If more than 7 days pass and you have not notified us of the fault / damage, we cannot offer you a refund.
To return your faulty or damaged goods:
- Please contact us with the nature of the fault / damage and request a Returns Label.
- If the purchase has been damaged in transit, please email photos of the damaged parcel and goods so we can make a claim with the courier company.
- Fang & Fur will organise a CourierPost courier to collect the goods from a location that is convenient to you.
- On receipt of the goods, we will refund the product cost and the delivery charge.
